Can Kikikai Kandles make any custom kandle orders?

It never hurts to ask! Email us at kikikai.kandles@gmail.com or fill out our contact sheet and we will let you know.

Does Kikikai Kandles do returns?

We can only process returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival

  • The product has not yet been shipped

  • The wrong product was received

As a small business, quality is our #1 priority; however, in other circumstances we do not have the means to process returns.

Does Kikikai Kandles ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment, but we are working on changing that!
